Can I ask a really inappropriate question here? Is she preggers on her own or with "help"? I thought I read somewhere that she had fertility issues but now she's got 2 beautiful kids, and another one on the way. Good for her!

I know she had some assistance getting preggers with the twins but not sure about this pregnancy.
