Joy Bauer Slimdown
Anyone want to try this diet with me?
There's some free information on Woman's Day magazine's website (womansday.com/slimdown
I'm starting Day 1 today.
I also signed up on Joy Bauer's website and I'm going to do the free 2 week trial to see how it goes. It's $4/week after that to continue.
Anyone else want to try with me?
So far:
+ three egg white omelet with green & red peppers, 1/4 lowfat shredded mozz, garlic powder, italian seasoning & pepper. and one apple.
- coffee without sugar! EWWIE. totally took all the joy out of my morning cup. I added soymilk... but it was still pretty gross.

does it not tell you the full plan and the unlimited foods unless you put your CC info in?

it only gives you 4 days worth of a "meal plan" and it does tell you the unlimited foods.
if you put in your CC info, it will not charge you until after the first 2 weeks (and you can cancel before that time)
