Jordan Almonds, Cigars, etc. when baby arrives???
Me and DH have pretty large families and most will be coming to the house to see the baby, I would like to give them a little something to celebrate LOs birth. I already bought something similar to these little things to put some confetti (jordan almonds) inside.
and DH wants to get some cigars.
I also love these and was thinking of making a bouquet of lollipops...
Should I get some personalized candy with the babys name, weight, etc. instead of the above or keep what I want to do? and just send out birth announcements?

DH has a pretty big family too, and I never even thought about giving anything when they came to see DS.
Everyone got a birth announcement, though.

i dont plan on making/buying anything to hand out. but i will be ordering birth announcements and use pics from the newborn shoot.

You can do candy - I didn't plan on doing anything until the Christening at which we will have cigars with the labels of LO info and then another favor, maybe cupcakes.

I'm also thinking this might be enough and the lollipops I could throw in at the christening as a little extra for the guests.

I didn't even know this was a thing!
I want people to bring ME things when DD is born! Like cold cut sandwiches and sushi!
