Joining u again
Kinda sorta LOL
Ds is 6 months old... I feel almost guilty and greedy wanting another child.
There are many new names here and some other names that were on the if boards when i was on it too. I hope this will be a short journey for all of us here.
Here goes my history.. I had 2 miscarriages. One at 9 weeks and one at 8 weeks. I have an autoimmune blood clotting issue and need to be on asprin and lovenox. I have pcos and used 2000mg metformin and 150mg of clomid and an IUI to concieve ds.
I already went to the RE for a consult on tuesday. I am on cd 13 tomorrow and while its a nonmedicated cycle the re wants to see if there is anything happening wiht my ovaries. So tomorrow morning i go in for bloodwork and sono..
I have no other choice but to bring ds with me tomorrow.. I pray no one gets upset.

Re: Joining u again
Please do not feel guilty
The fact that any of us suffer with infertility does not mean we are any less deserving or entitled to feel the longing for another child...There is not an infinite number of babies to be had, and because you have a child does not mean you are taking away someone else's...
Before having my DS, I always was so happy to see children in the RE's office and even happier to hear that they were success stories of the RE I was going to be using...It gave me hope..I know that not everyone feels as I do, but for me it was inspirational...
After having my DS and trying again , many times I had no choice but to bring him along...My babysitting options are far and few between (only one grandparent surviving between DH and I ) ..It wasn't fun for either of us I'm sure he would have much preferred staying home playing, but if I wanted to try and give him a sibling- it's what we had to do...
From your other post, we see the same RE and I have never encountered anything but smiling faces and people who seem truly happy to see children in the office ( so many are repeat "customers")
It really boils down to "you do what you have to do "...No-one wants to be in this situation, so we all must make the best of it
I hope this reply came out exactly as I intended...Everyone of you ladies are in my thoughts daily and I can't wait to watch all of your dreams come true ( and hopefully again and again !!!)
Good Luck !!
