Joining Meggo613 with a scheduled induction
So my body has stopped responding to the prednisone for the PUPPPs and my doctor has decided to induce me!
The doctor already has a scheduled induction for Sunday but she wants me to come in for a nonstress test and then hopefully the hospital will agree to keep me and induce me. She said that if there is an open room and there is enough staff on Sunday then they will keep me. If there isn't any room or not enough staff then we will schedule for next week...the only problem is that she is going away on Tuesday so unless I have the baby Sunday or Monday then I will get stuck with an unknown doctor. I'd obviously prefer my doctor but am willing to do whatever the doctor recommends.
So now we're scrambling around the house for the next couple of days making sure that everything is ready! It's funny because most of the stuff that we need to do is straighten up the house and do our own laundry...all of the baby stuff is pretty much washed, set up, etc.
I SOOOO did not expect this!!

were in the same boat.. i said to DH tonight OH MY GOD we need to get the laundry done and hes like.. GIVE ME A BREAK forget the laundry WERE HAVING A BABY!

Thank you thank you! I am really hoping to go naturally and not end up with a c-section, but I guess we'll see what happens!
