Re: Johnson & Johnson
We use Cetaphil bc DD has sensitive skin but we shampoo with J&J.
Honestly the product line has been around forever and we are all still living. So many things are said to cause cancer…yes we can try to avoid them all and still end up sick one day.

We use either California Baby or Seventh Generation. Once in awhile I will buy the Johnson & Johnson Lavender bedtime bath- I just LOVE the way it smells! But I only use it once in a great while.

Re: Johnson & Johnson
Nope
Once I read that article, I couldnt go back.
I started using dove soap & my shampoo. I felt there was no neep to buy baby products if they were filled with bad stuff anyway.
just used that website to check the suave kids shampoo i have...that has formaldehyde in it too.. Whats up with the formaldehyde in shampoos ??

Re: Johnson & Johnson
For the whole first year, I've been using stuff that was given as gifts. First it was Baby Magic, now J&J. Once I finish it up, I'll probably switch to something else.

No I don't. Unfortunately, there are many products on the market that are not good for one's health. Ewg.org is a great site to check the safety rating of beauty products.
Link
I looked at the link and most...actually 90% of the data said limited. Even though I do not use J&J how can you trust limited data?

Re: Johnson & Johnson
I will never use it for many reasons. We use method or babyganics. Saving a few dollars here and there is not worth putting potential harmful chemicals on DD.

i use the generic brand Target Up and Up but I'm almost done with that and I'm going to switch to a more natural brand. I have Honest and Co body wash right now so I might use that on DD

I use their products but didnt know they were considered unsafe.... Can someone fill me in? Thanks
Why are their products unsafe??
They were found to have cancer causing chemicals in them.
I did more research and as of last year they were supposed to remove the chemicals. Theres no prof that it causes cancer with studies.

More recently they lost thier license in India due to cancer causing chemicals. This only happened in May and their license is supposed to be removed this month

I don't anymore. Better safe than sorry. I tried out Mustela...I might try some other brands too to see what we like best. Mustela is a little pricey for me.
