Job Help for a friend!
We're trying to rack our brains here for someone who is at a loss as to what to do job wise. He is a h/s graduate, with a various background. He picks things up quickly, has a lot of experience in house work, like plumbing and the like. He would be great in sales, but doesn't know what kind of sales. We suggested real estate, but he is apprehensive about weekends or the lack of. Any suggestions? He can't afford to go back to school and doesn't really want to go back for 4 years and start offon the bottom rung at 40.
Any suggestions?

Maybe a home inspector? But he may need more training for that... seems like they make pretty good money.
