Job fair in Queens?

Hi all. Haven't been on here in awhile. I had a couple of questions about job fairs/open market if anyone can help...

1) Do you need an invite to a job fair? If so, how do you get one? Is there one scheduled for Queens?

2) I just mass uploaded to a bunch of schools on open-market. I never put a cover letter for each school (wasn't sure how). Anyone know if that is effective? I see that some of you have been called for interviews through open market. How did you go about working on open-market?

I know it's late in the "game" for this Sept. but I needed to try something...

Any info would be appreciated.

I got invited to two job fairs based on having my application on open market.

I didn't know you could or should put cover letters on open market. I never did and received a ton of phone calls/interviews.
