Which do I do first....color or JHS. I use permanent hair color.

then color 3 weeks later
be sure to tell the JHS that you color
JHS can lighten color you have already also - even your natural hair color
I have been getting it done for 6 years if you have any more questions or want to see some pics

if you can do it after it would be better
but I would call the salon and let them know- they are going to ask you when you get there if you color your hair (or they should!)

then if they feel comfortable doing it on that time line - then go for it
but I have always been told 3 weeks
I don't like to take chances with my hair
