Looks like it to me or it might just be a ton of makeup. Either way, I dont like it

I feel like she is a very insecure person and she just layers that makeup on (along with her grandma garbs to hide her body). Looks like she's just glopping eye make up on and it's not a good look.

I think she's just wearing eye makeup that is too dark / heavy. Her hair is gorgeous and I like her jacket.
