Jerusalem Artichokes
In a fit of trendiness I bought a bag of Jerusalem Artichokes at my local organic supermarket today...anyone ever cook these knobbly little devils?
Any tips??

a friend of mine made something like this and it was delicious
Gratin of Sunchokes and Yukon Gold Potatoes
