'm thinking of joining but am a little skeptical. I tried Weight Watchers back in the day and hated it. I am not one for keeping track of points or weiighing my food. I want to lose weight and heard great things about JC.

For anyone on it/who has been on it, I have a few questions if you don't mind helping me out!

1- Is the food good?
2- Are the portion sizes filling?
3- How much excersise do you have to do to get great results?
4- I see shippping fees are not applied...how much is shipping for a week's supply of food?
