Jenny Craig ?
I would like to join JC...but I really dont feel like going to the center ..cant i just order the food and be done with it?? How much is it?? ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT!! I called them and i reallly dont feel like being on the phone with them for 15 min...that is what they said! TIA

You probably can.
I will say, part of the thing that makes these types of programs work is the connection you make when you go to the center or the meetings.
Even the stats at WW show that people who go in person as opposed to those who join on line lose more and keep it off longer.

I think I saw a commerical for Jenny Direct where you do everything online- weigh ins, food ordering etc.

I did Nutri System. Same thing as JC except you don't have the extra monthly fee and you don't have to meet anyone or do anything online. I liked the food and it worked really well for me. I'd do it again if I needed to any always recommend it. Why pay the extra $30 a month or so if you aren't going to use the services.

I am on JC now, because it worked really well for me after I had my DS...
With my DS, I did Jenny Direct ( you have a phone consult 1x a week and order your food through them) It is more expensive than using a center because you pay a delivery fee...
I go to the one in Centereach now...I am not much of a "visit' person myself, but the consultant I have now is really nice and I'm in and out in 5 minutes , and being as I have to go there for the food, I don't seem to mind at all...
My food runs me in the ball-park of $90-$100 a week usually....With their meals , you add your own salad to lunch, vegetable at dinner , and fruit.....After you reach your half way point, you are allowed to substitute one meal a day on your own, so your cost will then be less...Let me know if you have any specific questions and I'd be happy to try and answer them
