I cant blame her for not admitting it. Im sure she was trying a real long time for this........and maybe she is just afraid to admit it. She probably dont care if people "see" her belly, but she is probably not comfy admitting it yet.

I believe it's because they tell you to maintain your normal activity if you are pregnant.
Even when people go through IF treatment, there are only a few points where you are supposed to be on bedrest. Otherwise, you should stay active - it's better for you and the baby.
