Jennifer Aniston and Chaz Bono - in High School
Long before she was on Friends, Jennifer Aniston had a friend in Chaz Bono. Known then as Chastity (Bono underwent female-to-male gender transition in 2009), the two classmates posed for a locker room photo at New York's High School of Performing Arts in 1987
"Every day a group of us would go to Chaz's house after school," Aniston, 42, recalled during an interview with Allure earlier this year. "I haven't spoken to him in awhile."
When asked if Bono's sex reassignment is confusing, Aniston responded: "Well, obviously, yeah. I mean, even for his -- her -- mother, I think. His mother. But, you know, good for her."

for 1987 I was expecting some crazy clothes. Besides the hair and nose Jen still looks good!
