Jeez...
Took my car in for it's 30K check a little early..I need front and rear brakes!
I thought so...I felt the car shaking when braking and the brakes felt mushy. DH didn't think so but I did. Glad I didn't listen to him!
That was my shock of the day.
I guess I have to re-balance the budget this month.

yep new brakes..the dealership said it was the right timing. It's more than 2 years. Rotors needed to be cut as well. Lots of stop and go driving..I don't do a lot of highway.
eta: I really can't complain, maybe I've spent a total of $200 in two years maintaining it.
