me to! thats why im hesitant about ordering it. i loved this online at BRU and when i saw it in store i didnt really like it

I would have gotten it there too had I been able to see it.
Then my mom got a crib from a friend that was only 1 year old and it was from JCP, it was BEAUTIFUL!!!!
it's in my parent's lake house..

From my experience, DH and I have never been disappointed with ANY furniture that came from JCPenny. Our nursery furniture is from Penny's...and although we ordered via pics from a catalog/online, everything is perfect.
In my opinion, what I saw online at BRU compared to the "real thing" was a disappointment in quality.

Also, Baby Bargains gave it a good rating for quality. The only thing they didn't like was their customer service. But we received our furniture within a week, and there was a damaged piece, and they are shipping us a replacement piece. So far we haven't had cust. serv. problems. *knock on wood*

I agree, I have JC penny nursery furniture and we love it ,...great quality, much better than BRU in my opinion
