Jason from Laguna arrested - AGAIN!
Former Laguna Beach-er Jason Wahler has been arrested for the second time in less than a month, PerezHilton.com has learned exclusively.
Lauren Conrad's ex-boyfriend was arrested on Friday and charged with battery, sources tell us.
The case is a misdemeanor but it's being handled by the Major Assault Unit.
Wahler was taken in at the LAPD Wilshire Division.
He is out on $20,000 bail.

According to police, Jason and a female companion, Kristen Deluca, were involved in an altercation with a Department of Transportation officer and a tow truck driver. There was a physical altercation and police were called to the scene. After police arrived on the scene, Wahler and Deluca were both arrested for battery.
