January Mommies

How does everyone feel? We're big slackers, I haven't seen our thread come up in a long time! Let's catch up!

I'm 22 weeks, feeling good, growing, all is well with my little duck! Still haven't finalized my registry Chat Icon, but have ordered my furniture Chat Icon. I have that glucose test in a couple weeks, can't believe how fast time is flying!! It's September already! Chat Icon

Re: January Mommies

21 weeks!
We haven't really done anything. I started registering online, we are going this evening to finish in the store. Haven't ordered furniture. The room that will be the nursery is still the junk room.
We had our Level II last week and are having Chat Icon Chat Icon . I have to go back next week for another sono because Chat Icon didn't want to cooperate.
We are pretty sure we have names chosen.
I am really feeling the babies move now. DH felt it a couple of days ago. You can also see it from the outside sometimes!

I am almost 20 weeks and have my level II tomorrow! We're going to find out the gender b/c I just can't hold out! We're probably going to start a small registry on Sat even though we're not having a shower but DH's family has been asking what they should get us. Feeling good so far and feeling the baby move quite a bit.

I'm 21 weeks. We've been cleaning and organizing the apartment and putting things in storage, but we haven't done anything for the nursery yet.

We haven't registered yet, but have been researching everything.

DH is a bit on the superstitious side, and doesn't want to have baby things in the house until I'm a little further along. Plus, I need forever to make up my mind about things!

Re: January Mommies

Hi Ladies!

Well, i just successfully posted my 20 week pics. I can't believe how fast time has gone since i hit 12 weeks. It felt like it took FOREVER to get there, and now it's just whizzing by!

I feel GREAT! Little movement here and there but nothing too consistent yet. Hopefully in the next few weeks.

I have my Level II sono tomorrow! woohoo!!! I'm so excited to see my little peanut again! I think my MIL is coming with us - which I was a bit taken back by because I didn't think she'd be this "in" to everything but DH says she's getting super excited so I'm glad she wants to go.

I registered and ordered part of my furniture (one dresser is backordered). Since my shower is in October, we had to do everything very early.

Hope everyone is feeling great!!!

Re: January Mommies

Tomorrow I'll be 21 weeks and I can't believe how fast this is going. I'm feeling good. Saturday I go for my check up and hopefully I'll find out the sex, if not, next Saturday is my Level II. Little Buddy has been very active for the past few days. We went furniture shopping on Monday and the baby was really moving. I guess it sensed that we were buying a crib and glider for the nursery. Its like my belly got bigger overnight. I went to my parents house last Friday night and when I went there on Sunday, my mom was like what the hell happened to your stomach???? It wasn't like that Friday? I plan on taking maternity photos, so I called the place that handled my wedding. When I spoke to the woman who handled us for the wedding, she was soooooo excited that I was pregnant. Hopefully by November the belly will be big enough.

Im 20 weeks 1d. Chat Icon And feel MUCH better. Thank goodness, I was at one point ready to toss myself of a bridge.
I finished my registry and actaully got the stroller and carset via UPS today. (thanks to MIL)That was fun. Im as done as I can be for now. I made some space for the little man, and just waiting for a crib and dresser to really get done. I can see him moving in my stomach, that was wild this morning. Its going well...knock on wood. Just play the waiting game now. Chat Icon

I'm 20.5 weeks. I have a little pot belly which I think is very cute! Chat Icon Registry has been finished!!!! I've been trying to stay as hydrated as possible in this heat!
(working ina school with no air conditioning is a biotch) I've been doing a lot so I'm a little extra tired. Baby has been moving sporadically for a few weeks now. That's about it!

Re: January Mommies

Well I started back at work (teacher) and my feet have swelled to enormous proportions the last two days.. It is srsly painful at the end of the day and I surely cant prop my feet up while I am teaching!!!

I'm 21 weeks and this kid moves A LOT. I cant feel it from the outside yet, but hopefully that will come soon so DH can feel.

My heart burn has been SO much better since I started taking the Pepcid AC.

Otherwise LOVING the belly and movement.

Feeling Good! WE find out the sex on Sept. 15th. At my last appointment, my doctor mentioned that I will be delivering at 36 weeks (since I had a myomectomy 2 years ago). Which means we are more than half way there! The first week of January is when I'll deliver!

Re: January Mommies

Hi!

I'm 19 weeks! Next week we go for the Level II, and will ask to know the gender. Can't wait.

Started a registry at BRU last weekend of all the core/baby gear. 2nd registry to be started at PB Kids once we know the sex.

JEN - my feet and ankles are a mess. I can't be on them very long at all w/o swelling. I'm trying to drink tons of water and elevate them above my heart at night. Helps some, but by end of day, I have elephant ankles again. Chat Icon
