Jan moms.....
Am I the only one that doesnt have a scheduled C?????
I feel like everyone is getting a csection!!!!!

not offically yet but its about 50/50 right now. Either way, I'll be getting induced or having a scheduled c-section at some point next week (probably after Weds my gutt tells me).

I dont, BUT I go tot the Dr tomorrow and I am EXTREMLY uncomfortable. So I want him out. I will be 38 weeks and am willing to bite the C sec bullet and just do it. My hands and feet are numb, Its hard to eat, I cant stand for long periods of time, with out my feet swelling. I have actually not been out of the house since Sunday because I cant stand. Im very done.

I have a very strong suspicion that I'm going to be a January mommy as well. I think my little one is either going to come early, or I'm going to end up with a scheduled c/s (should know by the end of next week).
Dr. is not letting me go to my due date.

so far not me. In fact at my last 2 visits I have had ZERO progress, no dilation, no feeling of head, etc. I have an appt tomorrow so it should be interesting to see if there's any progress yet
We haven't even discussed a c, I guess because I still have time to my due date.
while uncomfortable I'm not going to push the issue, I'm hoping to just let nature take it's course
to all the other moms - I can't believe it's our turn!!!

My poor DH, I keep telling the baby to "head for the light" he keeps telling him "WAIT" Im sitting here with my feet up, and watching them swell to a lovely pink color and look like I ate a huge bowl of salt. There BETTER be some progress tomorrow otherwise Im going to attemp cartwheels on the way home!

I'm not scheduled for a C either. I have a feeling it won't be necessary! I had my first internal at 36.5 weeks and was 60% effaced and 1 CM dilated.
Now that I've said that, with my luck I'll stay like that for my next few visits and end up going late!

hey ladies... i think i may be joining the january mommies... went to the doc and had swelling in legs, feet and hands and bad BP.... sent me to the hospital last night for 3 hrs - blood tests, BP and monitor baby...
but everything came back normal..
but i might be out of work and on bedrest for the month and may be going jan 26th - dont know if induced or c-section..
im a little frantic and anxiious.. im ready (kind of) but i dont want to get sick or harm the baby being at work..oh well - my students will survive..
just wanted to say hi to you all.. best of luck to you and i hope you all feel well.. the swelling stinks!!!!

I don't have a scheduled c section. Almost did cause he was breech but he flipped. I have 10 days left and i have a feeling he'll take all the time and then some...
