Jamie Oliver
I know he is an advocate for eating healthy but are all of his recipes geared towards that?
I was going to ask for a cookbook for xmas but I want to make sure it will be healthy recipes.

Eh, I own most of his cookbooks, and I think they are geared towards cooking with seasonal, fresh foods, but I would not say that he is into low fat cooking at all.
I just got his USA cookbook (it might only be out in Britain) and its soooooooo good!!!

I agree with Racheeee...he's not a "diet" chef, but the foods he cooks are what I consider healthy...fresh foods..nothing processed and fairly simple preparation.
