IVF Teach Class
If this is offered at your RE office, I highly recommend taking the class. We went over our protocals, answered any questions and the best part, well at least for me, was how to prep, administer and mix the meds. This eased a lot of anxiety on my part. So instead of having to take 3-4 different injections I only have to take one.
Just thought I would shaer if anyone had doubts on participating in a class like this.
Also, they showed how to prep and administer a PIO injection. I have read on here how awful it was, but after seeing the actual oil and trying to administer it into this cushion thing, I really hope that they stick to me taking progesterone vaginally. As you can imagine, my DH did not like that at all!

Class or no class, you'll never be prepared for that PIO or delestrogen needle
Just gotta do it!

Re: IVF Teach Class
My RE didn't have a class, but the Freedom Fertility site has informative videos that I watched multiple times in the beginning.
