IVF Question (Spotting)

I am in the middle of my first IVF cycle. My ER should be next Saturday. I am on Ganirelix/Gonal-f/Menopur. Yesterday, I started spotting. I emailed Dr. B and he said not to worry but of course....I am worried. Is this a bad sign? Is it normal to spot this far into a cycle? TIA.

I had more than spotting my 2nd IVF cycle, it was fine.
