IVF Ladies......
How soon after receiving a positive on your ovulation test do go in for your transfer??

I don't think they use opks. Its all very timed. When they think your follies will be ready, you do a trigger shot that night at a specified time then go in for retrieval 2 mornings later at a specified time.
Like I triggered on a sun night at 11pm and retrieval was on Tues at 10:30 am.

For IVF, it's timed very precisely. You trigger, and go in like 36 1/2 hrs later or something like that...

I am doing an unmedicated frozen transfer and the RE told me to do a test on Saturday so will I still do a trigger??
