DH is a nassau county employee and we have Empire. I have 100% coverage up to a lifetime maximum of $50k. Good luck!

i had UHC and one plan had 0 coverage and the other had 100% coverage up to $30k lifetime. the plan matters more than the company, the same company can have very different plans!!

I agree with this.
Me and DH both have Aenta. Mine covers unlimited IUI and no IVF.
DH covers no IUI and 50% of ivf up to 10k lifetime max.

we have ghi...3 fresh and 3 frozen
they cover 75 percent so u have a 25 percent co insurance
for us oon we have to pay 3500 not including meds

Depends on the plan your employer has. Each plan is different even under the same carrier.
