IUI#2 Update
Shockingly I feel very relaxed this time around. Everyone's been saying to just let it go and relax I am beginning to give in. I think it's more of a defeated feeling, but in any case...I'm hoping that this sense of calmness will do the trick.
Good luck to all IUIs, IVFs, Clomids and all others going for it this month.

Had my IUI. Keeping my fingers crossed. I will know the results on my birthday in two weeks. It would be an amazing present. I'm a little nervous though....the doctors were concerned I might overstim because they counted at least 6 very large follies this time around. I was in excruciating pain ovulating these past few days. At least 3 different people came into the room tryign to give me advice and to prepare me for how bad it'll be. Anyone else have that? What helped besides knowing it's for a good reason?

I had a lot of discomfort this time around as well. I had 2 really large follies and 5 smaller ones. The discomfort does go away after 2 to 3 days. You will jsut feel really bloated in the meantime.
I had my IUI on the day after Thanksgiving so I was able to spend the rest of that weekend in bed. I think that really helped keep me relaxed and it also helped with the discomfort. DH waited on me hand and foot - lol!
I wish you lots of luck this time around! December has been a month of BFP's and I hope that you get your BFP too!

Thank you cause I'm starting to get even more nervous. It's been 3 days since my IUI and I'm EXTREMEly bloated in a lot of discomfort and some pain. I can't wear ANY of my pants and I spent the whole weekend off of my feet. Does this sound familiar? "Normal"?
