It's Diabolical! (Long-but good)

There is an admin here that thinks she's the queen of admins..she's not and she is self proclaimed.

She has dug herself a hole in everything she has done and sticks her nose in everyone's business. She has even annoyed my bosses.

So one of the things she does is send a small group of admins through a mailgroup updates about travel problems, weather updates..various updates we all get from the head of admins (office management group). I own this small mailgroup since my boss was the manager of the group. I used this mailgroup specifically to send the other admins in my group updates about offsites, meetings and any other things directly relating to their managers calendars.

Here's the diabolical part. Since I own the mailgroup, I can delete it. The group is much smaller now and has been re-orged and needs to be re-formatted anyway. I'm no longer in the group so I can turn it over to the communications dept.

So I'm going to delete it, send a mail to everyone in the group about the re-org of the mailgroup. This will come as no surprise to anyone..it makes sense to do it. She will not be part of the new mailgroup. It won't make sense for her to send the new mailgroup any updates because it will be clear that she has no connection to the group.

It's the corporate way of telling her to do her job and not the duplicate job of a few others as she has been doing. There are so many things that she does on a regular basis that are other people's jobs. My boss has spoken to her boss numerous times to get this crap to stop and she finds other ways to get her claws in.

She is one of those people who has to be more important than everyone else. She doesn't get out of the office until 8pm at night...because she is doing things that she has no business doing.

If this doesn't work, then I told my boss..admin to admin, I will need to say something.
