eat a banana - potassium helps
take some advil and a big coffee - that will at least stimulate you to help you function.

Water will help flush your system. Alieve should help a headache. And if all else fails, go back to bed and hopefully you'll feel better in the morning

Lots of water, advil. Do you have time to take a nap? Lately I've found that nothing helps more than an extra hour's sleep. But, I realize, that's not always an option.

thanks i feel alittle better.
i was having horrid cramps and the two together was a bit overhelming, but now ive eaten (for teh first time in 2 days) i feel much better.
no hair of teh dog for me!!!
