I am so sorry! My new neighbors were problems too until my husband yelled "SHUT UP!" at them at about 1:00AM and they've been good ever since. (They are rentals, so we don't really care)
In fact, last night i was outside and was warmed by how quiet it was! it was so nice.

I look at this stuff like you're dealing with children. They're going to push boundaries to see how far they can go until someone gets angry.
I don't put up with anything after 10pm. I live there too, and should be able to enjoy the comforts of home and good rest.
My first approach would be friendly and explain how we feel. My second approach would be less friendly and informative - namely, what will happen at the third approach. My third would be getting on the phone with the police.
I don't know how you put up with it, I really don't. 4:55am and I'd be threatening physical violence!

Yeah- you have to let them know that it is uncool- call the police, and go over and talk to them during the day and let them know how angry it makes you. You should not have to put up with that!

Hey, if I knew that you were up at that time b/c of inconsiderate neighbors, I would have FMed you, b/c I had the same situation last night! I have spoken to them twice, at 1am, then called the landlord who spoke to them. But they continue to be loud and inconsiderate at crazy hours. I never thought to call the police. What a great idea.

I was up with the baby they didn't wake me but since I was in the living room they kept me up. Next time I am calling the policy I know all the other neighbors have had it too
