Same thing happened to me! Lansinoh Breast Creme REALLY helped. It was recommended by my OB....

My boobs arent sore, but I have crazy rashes and dry patches all over the place. Its so annoying!

Oh my!! I thought it was supposed to get better with the nipples as weeks progressed. Mine look so cracked, as if they are going to fall off. I'm going to try that cream mentioned above!
