The only thing I ever used was the hair skin and nails vits.
They worked well BUT I found vits with the EXACT same ingredients....I mean down to the letter....for a lot less money. Organic Trace Holy Grail...on Amazon.
Imo the wraps and stuff are all bs. You cant wrap fat away

Cleanses are all bs imo too. If you want to "cleanse " drink a shit ton of water and eat clean.
My hair girl used to sell it Works and from what I saw it was all useless....except the hair vitamins

It's a scam just like other MLM stuff.
You don't have to "cleanse." That's why you have a liver.
I also feel that vitamins and supplements are bs unless you actually have a deficiency.

I agree. If you want to cleanse drink some senna tea from the health food store. Stay home for 24hrs and your body will get rid of everything lol. Then from there you’re clean. Eat a healthy normal diet and take a multi if you need it

I agree with this. Do your own version of a cleanse at home. For me, I don’t wanna live on the toilet for days on end so I make a huge pot of organic veggie soup and eat that for a couple days. That helps me “clean out” but in a more comfortable way lol then go right into clean eating.
But, some people need that gimmick to get them started on the right track. I’ve seen these products work for a lot of people. But that’s just because they were ready to make that change and this was the kick start that did it for them. Some it’s isegenix , paleo, keto, those 310 shakes everyone is pushing... whatever isn’t harmful to your body and helps you get Into the right mindset to get healthy is the plan for you !
For me, I stick to weight watchers because it’s not restrictive. I follow it on my own because I don’t like the new plan. But it’s pretty much clean/mindful eating 95% of the time with some fun food mixed in.

LMAO about the cleanses My life since having my gallbladder out is one big daily "cleanse". All i have to do is eat a fatty or slightly greasy meal and I'm cleaned out for days. Who needs senna?
