It rained on this beautiful, sunny day!
Today was my work shower. I just can't get over how generous everyone was. The group gift was the City Mini, with the parent console and snack tray, a Sophie the Giraffe teether, the Rockabye Baby Beatles CD, and a Very Hungry Caterpillar clip on toy.
On top of that, one teacher and his two assistants bought me the Chicco Keyfit Caddy (snap n go)!
I received a bunch of onesies, gowns, outfits, etc.
One of the secretaries made me a beautiful handknit white blanket.
I received my diaper bag from one of my friends, who organized the shower. Another close coworker made me a diaper cake.
I was just really overwhelmed with everyone's generosity. We are all very underpaid where we work, regardless of position, and some of the individual gifts I received were from people who I know have very little to spare. I was so touched!

I don't often come on here and just stumbled on here out of boredom  You look GREAT!! I'm so glad this shower is all you had hoped it would be!!!!!  You're so lucky to have such thoughtful and generous coworkers!!!!!!!! A hand knit blanket.. I LOVE THOSE
