Everything went well. We got at the hospital at 11:30 and I just left the hospital at around 2! She was in the OR for 10 hours!! 
But everything went really well and they think that the surgery is going to last years.
She had a lot of abdominal and pelvic reconstruction --- not to go into the gory details.
