Is this still in style?
Old Navy camoflouged skirt, like a sweatpants material. I was thinking it would look cute with a black tank and flip flops.
Or is that out of style?

The material is what is getting me here.
I think the tank and flip flops paired with it is out of date.
I would go with a tan or black thong sandal with some studded embellishment to update the look.
