Is this sciatica?
I started having some lower back pain yesterday morning that I hadn't had with this pg yet. Today the pain has moved down my left leg and hurts more than yesterday.
Could this be sciatica already? I'm almost 23 weeks.

I believe it is, that is exactly what I have. My dr said I can use a heating pad, I would call your dr.

I had a friend who was in AGONY her whole pregnancy from it, I felt so bad for her
I had it one day and then it went away.

Definitely sounds like it. Your Pregnancy After 35 (depressing that that's the book I'm relegated to needing to read!) recommends lying on the side opposite the pain, don't lift anything heavy & if you need to stand for long periods, rest the toes of one foot on something 3-4 inches off the ground (like a phonebook). Feel better.
