Is this really bad?
I have been pestering DH to get dog food as today I knew we would run out. Only 1 place by DH's work sells it. DH went there and they didn't have any Innova Puppy. He bought the Innova Tiny Bites (adult food for small dogs). DH told me that he asked the guy at the store and he said that it would be ok if we started him on adult food. He is full grown. I am not so sure, but I had no choice tonight but to mix it w/ what little was left of his puppy food. He's 8 1/2 months. I was planning on weening him off of puppy food a 12 months. Is his a huge deal?

i think six months is fine to start weening off and as long as u r mixing it w/the old food (more of the old food than new) u should be fine

Funny thing, he actually likes the adult food so much better (he's actually EATING!!!).

Our vet had us take Brody off puppy food really young. I am sure it is ok!!!!
