Is this normal

(Sorry if TMI):

When I go the bathroom (either or), I feel alot of pressure down there. It's not crampy or painful. I'm not constipated or anything but I just feel so much pressure down there that's it's uncomfortable. I'm wondering if I shoudl be concerned and call my doctor.

Today I'm 9w1d. I saw the doctor Monday and forgot to tell her but she said everything looked/felt fine.
