Is this labor?
I'm 37 weeks. All day my lower back has been killing me. Occasionally my stomach has a weird uncomfortableness, but nothing that really hurts. It's been sporadic throughout the day, so I can't time anything. I just feel "off." Would you call the doctor?

You should. Just in case. They may send you to L&D.
That happened to me last Tuesday. Went to L&D and it was false labor. Most likelly BH due to dehydration.
Are you drinking enough?

I would, and try to see if there is any rhythm to them at all.
Also since it is so hot out increase your water intake as there are dehydration alerts & such
