Is this enough food????
Party of 65 adults and 10 children who eat table food.
ALL FULL TRAYS
Penne alla vodka
Bowtie pasta with proscuiotto, peas, etc
Chicken Marsala
Chicken Francese
Eggplant Rollatini
Mussels Fra Diavlo
Sausage and Peppers/Onions (rolls)
Ceasar Salad
6 ft hero (half Italian half Chic Cutlet)
3 ft American
I just got 10 last minute RSVPs.
Should I order more?

i think thats enough! not everybody is gonna eat everything and full trays feed a lot of people. i dont think i would order anything else.

It isn't enough for everyone to have a lot of everything - but it's enough for most people to get some of what they like. I'd say you are good to go!

I would be afraid to run out of stuff. I'm paranoid like that!
I'd maybe order another tray of pasta and chicken or sausage and peppers.
I wouldn't put it out though so you can freeze it if there's leftovers.
If you don't want to do repeats maybe order a couple trays of a different kind of meat and pasta.

I think 2 fulll trays would be a lot.
Are you having appetizers or desserts? It seems like you have a lot of food - pastas, rolls, etc. are filling, too

I think that is too much.
With the heroes and side salads I think 4-5 full trays is more than enough.
