Is this crib unsafe?

It says it meets all safety standards, but I am concerned that the panel in the back is unsafe. What do you think? Thanks!

It is just the solid back panel I am concerned about in general.

i was told that flat backs are fine but you shouldnt put bumpers on them. although i have heard mixed reviews about that too. its a gorgeous piece!

Thanks guys! It is made by Natart. I guess I really didn't think about the fact that it would be against the wall anyways - duh!

Re: Is this crib unsafe?

that's a REALLY pretty crib!! I love it!!

I don't understand something though... and I see this with almost all the cribs these days.... I haven't gone shopping yet so forgive me... but when the kid stands in the crib, how do they not topple out?? it looks like there's the mattress then the bumpers then it's the top of the crib bars.
