I thought those were the two on the bottom and the two on the top. One DD has all 4, the other one has 2 with the other 2 soon to break through.
Our ped said those hurt worse than the other teeth, because they break through at 4 points.

They are called 2 yr molars but DS had all 16 teeth WAY before his first birthday!
