Is there ANYTHING i can take?????
I am sooooo stuffy, i can't breathe out of my nose at all and it just runs! UGH! is there anything i can take/do? I;ve tried saline spray and it has not worked one bit. Can i use vicks vapor rub? TIA!

Did you try Neti Pot? It always helps me.
I've also heard you can take the plain Sudafed (the one without any letters after it).

I am miserable too!! I am sooooo congested though that no matter how I angle myself the netti pot drains right back out thje same nostril!
