Is there any way to steam milk without a capuccino/espresso machine?
I have become addicted to lattes, and I was wondering how to steam milk at home-- as opposed to running to Starbucks for a fix.

I just pop mine into the microwave, I am no coffee expert, but I think once it starts to get really hot it gets lots of foam on it and its great with coffee. Like a homemade latte...

My cousin just bought this thing that froths the milk for you - it looks like a tiny hand mixer .........
Oh wait, it doesn't steam it so it's hot though -
