Is there a new home checklist?
If not, can we start one? 
I'm thinking a list of items one would need if they are moving into a new home...
New locks
garbage cans
toilet seats
garden hose
ladder
If there's all ready a list like this, can you bump please?

curtain or shades.. depending on if people are leaving them.. you want privacy right away.
Tool kit, plunger, vacuum (if dont have one), flash light, batteries, candles.. just in case.
