Is riding a bike OK?
This may be a stupid question but its such a nice day today (Im in VA) and I need some outdoor activity.
I have a nice Beach Cruiser bike with a basket on it that I would put my Chihuahua in and ride around my neighborhood all last year.
Is this ok to do while preggo?

I dont think the act of riding is a problem at all...however I would be worried about falling. Just be careful

I would be worried about balance...I don't think it is advised to ride a bike during pregnancy...but you can always call your OB and ask them

I know my doctor said spinning and stationary bikes, but not sure about biking outside.

No helmet activities according to my OB. So that included riding a bike outside. He said at the gym was fine as long as I paid attention to my body and didn't overdo it. Sorry.
