im one month preggo is it safe to eat fruit like blueberries? or grapes? apples? please let me know forgot to ask dr.

yep totally safe. Until you see the doctor, avoid sushi, raw fish (and fishes high in mercury), deli meats, alcohol, and soft cheeses (like brie, gorgonzola, blue cheese, and feta).
Also try to limit your caffeine intake.
But most other things are fine for you. Anything you're not sure of, just do a quick search -- there are a TON of threads on this board about what you should/shouldnt eat.

Definitely!! The only warning my OB gave me was to make sure if you eat raw fruits or veggies to make sure you thoroughly wash them to avoid listeria and other issues. Go ahead and enjoy!
