I would say, why not? I asked my midwife about soaking my feet in a foot spa (DH got one for his birthday and our moms insisted that I can't use it bc it's not safe for pg women.) and she said I can definitely use it. I can't see why epsom salt would be bad.

DH had gone out and gotten me a foot spa with some lavender epsom salts when my feet started swelling. I use it every now and then. I don't see why it would be harmful. I had looked it up and didn't find anything.
