is it possible to be sick but still feel fine?
seriously...I feel fine, maybe a little tired but EVERYTHING I eat or drink goes right through me.
It's been over 24 hrs now

You could still have a bug. What about just eating dry toast. If it's still happening tomorrow maybe make an appt. with the Dr. Feel better!!

same here!!But i feel horrible, I had a bucnh of blood work done today but I am exhausted. Sounds like a bug, or you could be overheated
