FM's are supposed to be private and can't be read by LIF moderators. But I imagine if you threaten someone and the FM was forwarded, that would be subject to judgement.

Do they sit there and read them? Probably not. But any software program can pick up words sent.
Also yes there have been people kicked off the sites for FMs
