Is it okay if
I'am home while I have my walls spakled(sp)?? I dont know if it gives off any type of oder/fumes?

I've done spackling b4.... I don't remember any harsh fumes coming from it..... I would have someone on backup tho if in case you find that there is a stink coming from it, and you need to get outta there with the quickness........

I would think it is ok. Make sure you open some windows to make sure the place is well-ventilated.

Well the spacke should be fine its when they sand that it creates a LOT of dust. Can you wear a mask?

I agree, and 12+ hours later when the spot is primed / painted, you shouldn't be around... those fumes may not be the best....

Oh yeah.... forgot about that part. The application part isn't bad - it's when they sand down the spackle. There's so much dust in the air it's ridiculous!
